The Course will be delivered partly in lecture format and partly as an interactive workshop during which you will be given the opportunity to present a mock application for a Mareva Injunction.\nDuring the Course\, Colin Wright will give detailed practical guidance on the law and practice governing applications for Mareva injunctions. He will discuss the obligations owed to the Court by applicants for ex parte injunctions and will consider the consequences of a breach of those obligations. He will consider in particular the conduct trials in Intellectual Property cases.
